Congratulations to our 2018 Partnership Award Recipients!

On June 11, 2018, the Institute for Patient- and Family-Centered Care (IPFCC) announced its 2018 Partnership Award, highlighting innovative partnerships among patients, families, and health care professionals. At its 8th International Conference on Patient- and Family-Centered Care in Baltimore, Maryland, IPFCC recognized five hospitals that developed and implemented innovative projects as a result of those partnerships.
