Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, or check. Check payments must be made in U.S. dollars in advance of the webinar. Please contact us at 301-652-0281 for any payment inquiries.

Each access line purchased by a registrant is valid for one (1) computer and one (1) telephone line to access the live webinar. Registrants may gather as a group to watch the webinar together from one access line. Registrants may purchase multiple lines to accommodate team members who wish to access the live webinar from multiple locations for an additional fee.

Each additional computer access line connected into the webinar will incur an additional line fee. After the webinar, registrants will be notified of additionally incurred charges if webinar access is detected from unauthorized, multiple access lines.

No cancellations. This webinar is non-refundable, however, in the event that CNE credit is not approved, IPFCC will refund any paid "Optional CNE Fees".

Registrants will receive a post-webinar email containing the recording of the webinar. The webinar recording will be available only until the date noted in the post-webinar email.

Please share the webinar resources with your colleagues. All webinar resources, handouts, and the webinar recording link may be shared with colleagues of the registrant. However, registrants may not share the webinar login information with anyone other than the individual or team responsible for connecting registrant to the live webinar.

Important Instructions for Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Registrants. In order to successfully complete a CNE-approved activity and receive full contact-hour credit, you must:

  1. Sign in as proof of attendance & submit roster within 48 hours
  2. Complete webinar survey within 48 hours
  3. Attend webinar from start to finish
