IPFCC contracts with companies that provide specialized services, such as, but not limited to, the delivery of e-newsletter mailings, processing credit card transactions, registering seminar and conference attendees, shipping orders, and performing statistical analysis of our services. These companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We will provide to those companies only the personal information needed to deliver the defined services. In all cases, these companies are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

If you purchase publications or multimedia materials from us, we request certain personally identifiable information on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

You have the right to update or delete your information at any time by sending an email to Institute@ipfcc.org. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter.

IPFCC conference and seminar materials include names and contact information for participants These lists are available to attendees, including Conference or Seminar exhibitors and sponsors.

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our Resource Shopping Cart order forms, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
