In health care today, we need to meet goals that seem incompatible: improve patient experience, expand access, and improve quality while also reducing cost. Peer support is a mechanism for achieving all of these outcomes. Using examples from successful programs representing a wide range of health conditions, the mechanisms of peer support will be explored. Early steps to establishing a new program will be highlighted and resources provided to start, improve or expand peer support. Get more details and register.
