The PFAC Leader Workshop is held in the Fall each year to give the parent or family chairs and co-chairs, as well as the PFAC staff facilitators, an opportunity to enrich their leadership skills and network with other PFAC leaders. This workshop supports these leaders in developing insights into ways to impact the quality, safety, and experience of care at Children’s Mercy.
