Patients for Patient Safety US (PFPS) is a non-profit organization that brings together patients and families, the Guardians, who participated in the development of the new Patient Safety Structural Measure with other patients, families, and advocates for patient safety. The mission is to inspire all hospitals to authentically adopt the best practices listed in the PSSM and encourage trustworthy reporting. PFPS is collecting and sharing PSSM stories through video.
